| 摘 要： | 从消费率和投资率的国际比较及我国资本生产率和增量资本产出比（ICOR）的变动趋势角度探讨了我国改革开放以来消费率和投资率的状况。文章首先讨论了我国消费率和投资率的国际比较情况，并结合资本生产率和增量产出比（ICOR）变动趋势进一步讨论了我国改革开放以来消费率和投资率的状况。本文的基本结论是，20世纪90年代中期以来，我国消费率和投资率趋于不协调，消费率偏低而投资率偏高。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the situation of consumption rate and investment rate since 1978 from the point of international comparison of consumption rate and investment rate, the trend of production capacity of capita and the trend of the incremental capital - output ratio since 1978. The paper first discusses the situation of international comparison of consumption rate and investment rate of China and investigates the change trend of production capacity of capita and the incremental capital-output ratio since 1978. As a conclusion, China＇s consumption rate and investment rate is incoordination that investment is high and consumption is low since the middle of 1990s. |
