| 摘 要： | 针对云南省某地区大用户从供电公司购电的现状,提出为大用户提供合同和实时市场两种购买渠道,并分别确定了最优电价.合同采用分类丰枯一峰谷电价的形式,将大用户按不同需求价格弹性进行分类,建立多目标数学规划模型确定各类用户的丰枯-峰谷电价比.实时市场用于平衡大用户实际用电量与合同分解电量的差值,建立基于条件风险价值(conditional value at risk)最小为目标的数学模型.分析供电公司的策略对大用户购电成本的影响.最后仿真验证两个模型的合理性,并证明此模式可以解决目前大用户购电中存在的部分问题. |
