焦家金矿尾砂固结充填体自立性能研究

摘    要:充填体强度是应用充填采矿法矿山安全回采的重要参数之一.介绍了充填体自立的条件,并以焦家金矿尾砂固结充填体为例,对充填体的自立强度影响因素进行了分析,提出了充填体自立对浆体浓度及配比的要求,得出的充填体强度大于2.0 MPa才能揭露充填体保证安全生产的结论,给矿山的安全生产提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Strength of backfill is an important parameter in the backfilling mining method.The paper introduces the self-stable conditions of backfill.With tailings cemented backfill in Jiaojia gold mine as example,analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of self-stable strength.The requirements of slurry concentration and proportion are determined.Meanwhile,the strength of backfill should be larger than 2.0 MPa.The research provides theoretical references for mining production safety.
