| 摘 要： | 水土流失是水利工程建设中的重要问题之一。为研究水利开发建设项目中的水土流失问题,以连云港疏港航道结合送水工程为例,分析其水土流失原因,预测工程实施过程中可能造成的水土流失及其危害,并据此提出了相应的水土保持措施。工程实践证明,连云港疏港航道结合送水工程采取的水土保持设计成功有效,减少了水土流失,并取得了良好的社会和生态效益,可在其他水利开发建设项目中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Soil erosion is one of the most important problems during the construction of water conservancy projects.This paper researches on the problems of soil erosion based on the practices of the project of dredging approach channel and carrying water in Lianyungang.The writer analyzes the reasons of soil erosion,predictes the possible soil-water loss and its hazards caused in the project,and puts forward corresponding measures for the problems.Practice shows that the actions taken are successful and effective.They resultes in a large reduction in soil erosion and achieves good social and ecological benefits.Therefore,these actions are reliable to be used widely during the construction of other water conservancy projects. |
