摘    要:介绍了用经济型数控车床车削加工高性能等级三角螺纹的方法,并以华中I型数控系统加工M24三角螺纹为例,具体分析了螺纹粗、精车进刀方法、局部螺纹循环程序的实现和螺纹加工程序的编制与调试。

Abstract:The method of turning high-strength V-thread with NC lathe is introduced. Taking the turning of M24 V-thread with HCN-1 NC system as an example, the feeding method for rough and fine machining, the realization of local thread circulation program and the programming and adjustment of thread machining program are analyzed.
