工业燃煤锅炉智能控制系统设计

摘    要:针对目前工业燃煤锅炉控制设备所存在控制规律单一、硬件浪费等问题,特别是其采用常规PID控制规律进行控制所存在着被控参数超调量大、调节时间长等缺陷,提出了一种工业燃煤锅炉智能控制系统的总体结构;并介绍了设计思想;同时根据锅炉动态特性,提出了一种智能控制策略。实践证明:该控制系统结构合理,所用智能控制策略有较好的动态性能和鲁棒性。

Abstract:in the indturial coal-fired boiler, the control equipments have manyproblems, such as monotonous control law wasteful hardwares, especially bigovershoot of the controlled parameter. and long regulated time caused by usualPID control algorithm. To solve these problems, the structure and designingthougth of intelligent control sytem for industrial coal-fired boiler is presented. Considering the dynamic characteristic of the boiler, an intelligent controlalgorithm is developed. Practice proves that the structure of the systme is thereasonable and the intelligent control algorithm has satisfactory dynamic characteristics and strong robustness.
