摘    要:红庙煤矿开采煤层变质程度低,自然发火期仅为1.5~3个月,在工作面后方采空区内浮煤经常发生自燃。经过多年的防灭火经验,当工作面内布置有灌浆管路时,从工作面下端向上端方向依次注砂,在采空区内形成一道砂墙,有效地控制了浮煤自燃。经计算机模拟计算和注砂措施的效果考察,给出了试验工作面的最佳注砂砂墙长度。

Abstract:Metamorphic grade of coal seam in Hongmiao mine is low, and spontaneous combustion period is only 1.5~3 months .Spontaneous combustion phenomena of floating coal in goaf behind working face is frequent. According to secular fire prevention and extinction experiences, when grouting pipes are laid in working face, sand is injected from lower end to upper end of coal mining face, a sand-wall is formed in goaf, spontaneous combustion of floating coal is prevented efficiently. Considering computer simulating calculation and sand-filling effect, the optimal length of sand-wall of test face is given.
