摘    要:张家夏楼铁矿属于低品位磁铁矿床,矿石性质简单,铁矿物种单一,嵌布粒度较粗,属于较易选的铁矿石之一。应用高压辊磨流程可以实现提前抛掉大量粗粒尾砂,具有降低入磨量,缓解尾矿库库容等优势,可获得矿石品位达66%以上,磁性铁回收率97%以上的铁精矿,选矿技术经济指标较好。

Abstract:Iron ore in Zhangjia Xialou Iron Mine is low grade magnetite deposits,which is easy to dress due to simple species and rough embedded grain.High pressure roll grinding process could be applied to discard plenty of coarse tailings in advance,so as to decrease the milling amount and relieve the tailing storage.Iron concentrate with grade of 66% above and magnetite recovery rate of 97% above was obtained.Good economic indexes were achieved.
