浙江省病案管理专业人员现状与分析

目的通过对浙江各级医疗机构病案管理人员现状的调查,找出可能存在的问题并加以分析。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,共抽到全省32家医院,对这些医院中的病案科的全体工作人员进行了125份问卷调查。结果32家医院中病案人员总数与病床数之比约为1∶240;病案人员男女比例为0.17∶1,25岁~45岁占71.20%;毕业于文献检索及卫生管理人员占42.40%;大专学历人员占49.60%;中级职称人员占48.80%。结论病案人员数量尚不能满足新时期病案管理工作的需要且其整体专业素质还有待进一步提高。

An Analysis on the Status quo of the Medical Record Practitioners in Zhejiang Province

Objective An investigation of the status quo of the Medical Record practitioners in health care organizations in different levels in Zhejiang Province has been carried out to find the possible problems and analyze them. Methods 125 individuals and 32 hospitals were sampled by the method of multistage sampling. And a questionnaires method to them was performed.Results The ratio of the number of staff of medical record to the number of sickbed was 1：240, the ratio of the number of male to the number of female was 0, 17：1, and the highest rate of all investigated staffs is 25-45 years old in 71.20% ; and the highest rate in education is associate bachelor degree in 49.60%, and they graduated from literature search and health management, in 42.40% ; the highest rate of their professional title is intermediate in 48,80% ,Conclusions The number of the medical record practitioners cannot fit the needs of the medical record management and there are still rooms for them to improve their quality.
