高速滑滚接触条件下摩擦副的热分析

摘    要:高速旋转摩擦副生热加剧会引起零部件的工作温度异常升高,严重时会导致摩擦副表面润滑失效、摩擦副胶合甚至咬死,严重威胁系统的正常运行。针对摩擦生热问题,建立高速滑滚摩擦副的表面温升计算模型:分别利用接触理论和传热学分析两滚子摩擦副的接触特性和摩擦生热,将结果作为边界条件施加到接触摩擦副的有限元模型中,得到摩擦副的表面温升及沿深度方向温度变化情况。通过与高速台架试验中获得的摩擦副表面温度进行比较,表明了高速滑滚摩擦生热模型正确,为分析摩擦副表面热失效行为提供了理论基础。
