中、高职衔接的职业教育人才培养体系探索

中、高职教育是两个不同层次的职业教育,必须根据职业技能型人才培养目标要求,构建与社会经济发展相适应终身职业人才培育体系:联合组建现代职教集团、政企校董事会、职教工作委员会、职教管委会、职教学术委员会等机构,协调"中、高职连读"招生管理等机制,共同制定和落实技能型人才培养方案,提高职业教育工作效益。

On the Cultivating System of the Technical Personnel Based on the Cohesion of the Vocational Education in High Schools and in Colleges

Vocational education requires the cohesion of the major resources at two levels in both high schools and colleges, to construct a comprehensive system and to meet the requirements of the society. It involves the establishment of special organizations, such as a joint group for modem vocational education, a government and enterprise directorate, a work committee, an administration committee and an academic committee, coordinating the connective enrollment, cultivation of technical personnel, improvement of the quality of vocational education, etc.
