| 摘 要： | 以简单随机抽样法对藏鸡江孜群体进行以外部遗传特征、血液蛋白质多态性为标记的遗传检测，并探索藏鸡的起源系统。结果表明，其外部特征的基本遗传组成为Ｂ－、ｅｅ、ｉｄｉｄ、ｒｅｒｅ、Ｒ－；血液蛋白在５个位点上具多态性。初步认为，藏鸡江孜群体是红色原鸡在高原环境下驯养而成的地方原始类群

| Abstract: | ThegeneticmonitoringofTibetanchickenJiangzipopulationwascarriedoutwiththemethodofrandomsamplinggivenprioritytotheexteriorfeaturesandbloodproteinpolymorphismasgeneticmarkers.TheresultsshowedthattheprimarygeneticcompositionoftheexteriorcharacteristicswasB-,idid,rereandR-,andtherewaspolymorphousbloodalbumenin5loci.Thegene-poolofthispopulationrevealedthattheTibetanchickenofJiangzipopulationwasoneofthelocalprimitivebreeds,whichwasdomesticatedfromRedJungFowlunderplateauconditions. |
