| 摘 要： | 总结设计与开发韶关地区电网水电站群优化调度决策支持系统需要考虑的特殊技术经济问题，介绍该系统的设计思想和功能结构框图，并详细阐述数据库管理、径流预报、优化调度、人机界面及辅助功能模块的功能设计及其软件开发．该系统已经投入韶关地调现场试运行，效果良好．

| Abstract: | Some special techniques and economic problems which should be considered when designing and developing decision support system for Shaoguan hydropower optimal dispatching are summarized firstly in the paper. Design idea and system functions are introduced, especially the functions of database management, runoff forecasting, optimal dispatching, decision support system, man-machine-interface. The system software has been developed and put into operation at Shaoguan Electric Power Dispatching Center, and the result is good. |
