| 摘 要： | 以城乡统筹发展为背景,文章分析了目前村庄规划控制存在的问题,确定了村庄用地类型,构建了村庄规划控制体系、提出了村庄规划建设用地构成与户均建设用地标准建议值,为科学、合理地规划建设村庄提供了技术支撑。
