早期康复对手外伤功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨早期康复对手外伤术后功能恢复的疗效.方法:42例手外伤患者分为2组各21例,训练组(40指)术后5 d即开始规范的康复训练,包括理疗,主被动伸指、牵引、按摩等;对照组(42指)行对症治疗.治疗前后分别以TAN法及Lovett法评定患者总主动活动度(TAM)及肌力(MMT).结果:治疗3个月后,训练组患指TAM优良率100%;对照组19.0%.MMT评定,训练组M4-5 29指,M311指;对照组分别为M4-5 6指,M3 36指,训练组患指的功能活动度及肌力的恢复明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:手外伤后规范的康复训练介入愈早,手功能恢复的优良率愈高.

Effects of early Rehabilitation Training on Functional Recovery of Hand Injuries

Objective: To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation training on functional recovery of hand injuries.Methods: Forty-two cases of hand injuries were randomly divided into early rehabilitation training group(TG) and control group(CG).Total active motion(TAM) and manual muscle test(MMT) were assessed in both groups.Twenty-one cases in TG group(including 40 fingers) received standardized rehabilitation therapy at the beginning of the 5th day after the surgeries,and 21 cases in CG group(including 42 fingers) were subjected to general symptomatic treatment.Assessments of TAM and MMT were made after 3 months of treatment.Results: After treatment for 3 months,the TAM effective rate in TG group was 100 %.MMT revealed that there were 29 fingers of M4-5 and 11 fingers of M3.With early involvement of rehabilitation therapies,TAM and MMT results in TG group were better than in CG group((P<)0.001).Conclusion: Hand injury patients can expect a better result with early rehabilitation therapies involved.
