支原体肺炎与哮喘患儿IOS肺功能改变的观察比较

目的: 探讨支原体感染患儿肺功能在治疗期、治疗后改变情况是否与哮喘患儿急性期与恢复期肺功能相似。方法: 对血清检测MP-IgM阳性的病人, 分别进行治疗期、治疗后IOS气道阻力测定, 并分析其变化, 同时测定哮喘发作期及恢复期IOS肺功能。结果: 支原体感染患儿在感染期IOS气道阻力的总阻抗(Zrs), 周边阻力(R5-R20) 均有不同程度增高与哮喘患儿极度相似(P>0. 05), 肺顺应性(X5), 在肺部感染严重情况下可降低, 一般在正常范围。结论: 支原体感染后主要引起小气道阻力增高, 所发生的病理改变与哮喘发作期非常相近, 是否发展为哮喘, 应定期随访。

The comparative study on mycoplasma pheumonine and IOS lung function of asthma children

Objective:To investigate the role of mycoplasma pheumonine (MP) for its lung function in curing and after curing ,and whether it is the same as the patients who have asthma symptom in acute and recovery period.Methods:To examine the male patient in MP-IgM to the serum , examine the IOS spirit a resistance in curing and after curing, and analyze its variate , at the same time, examine IOS lung function when the asthma acting period, and convalescent period.Results:The Zrs of IOS sprin a resistance and R5-R20 of the MP patient in infected period all increase at different degree and are similar with the asthma patient , lung conformance(X5) is at normal range but lowing than the serious circumstance in an infection.Conclusion:Original infection can cause the increasing of stingy resistance mainly , its pathology is almost the same as the pathology of asthma in acting period ,and whether it will develop to asthma should be visited periodically.
