眶尖区外伤CT和MRI的诊断及比较

摘    要:目的:探讨64排CT和1.5TMRI在诊断眶尖区外伤的价值。方法:53例眶尖区外伤病例行64排CT和1.5T MRI检查。结果:64排CT显示本组眼眶壁全部骨折,视神经损伤32例,眼外肌损伤37例,球后血肿12例。1.5T MRI显示视神经损伤47例,眼外肌损伤51例,球后血肿11例。结论:1.5TMRI检查对外伤性视神经和眼外肌损伤等软组织损伤优于64排CT检查,而64排CT检查对眶壁骨折优于1.5TMRI检查。

Abstract:Objective: To study the value of 64 slice computed tomography(CT)and 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for orbital apex injury.Methods: Fifty-three patients with orbital apex injury were analyzed with 64 slice CT and 1.5T MRI.Results: There were 53 cases with orbital wall fracture,32 cases with optic nerve injury,37 cases with extraocular muscle injury,12 cases with retrobulbar hematoma by 64 slice CT.There were 47 cases with optic nerve injury,51 cases with extraocular muscle injury,11 cases with retrobulbar hematoma by 1.5T MRI.Conclusion: The optic nerve injury and extraocular muscle injury can be showed more clearly by 1.5T MRI than those of 64 slice CT.The orbital wall fracture can be showed more clearly by 64 slice CT than that of 1.5T MRI.
