| 摘 要： | 目的：比较微血管减压术与射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。方法：选取年龄、症状及基础病变基本相同的原发性三叉神经（第Ⅲ支）疼痛患者100例,根据患者意愿将其随机分为两组,各50例,分别采用微血管减压术与射频热凝术进行治疗,观察比较这两种方法的治疗效果。结果：微血管减压术的效果优于射频热凝术。结论：对于原发性三叉神经痛,在患者接受的前提下,应尽量采用微血管减压术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the effect in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia between microvascular decompression and percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods：100 cases of patients who suffered from primary trigeminal neuralgia（Ⅲ） and their age,symptoms and basic conditions were similar.After being divided into 2 groups,each 50 cases.They received microvascular decompression or percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation respectively.The effects of two kinds of therapy methods to primary trigeminal neuralgia were compared.Results：The effect of microvascular decompression was superior to that of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Conclusion：The treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression is a superior operation method under the acceptance of the patients. |
