摘    要:目的:比较微血管减压术与射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的效果。方法:选取年龄、症状及基础病变基本相同的原发性三叉神经(第Ⅲ支)疼痛患者100例,根据患者意愿将其随机分为两组,各50例,分别采用微血管减压术与射频热凝术进行治疗,观察比较这两种方法的治疗效果。结果:微血管减压术的效果优于射频热凝术。结论:对于原发性三叉神经痛,在患者接受的前提下,应尽量采用微血管减压术治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the effect in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia between microvascular decompression and percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Methods:100 cases of patients who suffered from primary trigeminal neuralgia(Ⅲ) and their age,symptoms and basic conditions were similar.After being divided into 2 groups,each 50 cases.They received microvascular decompression or percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation respectively.The effects of two kinds of therapy methods to primary trigeminal neuralgia were compared.Results:The effect of microvascular decompression was superior to that of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Conclusion:The treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression is a superior operation method under the acceptance of the patients.
