| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床护理路径在急诊救治急性酒精中毒患者中的应用效果。方法：对64例急性酒精中毒患者进行回顾性分析，按照护理程序不同分为两组,对照组A组和护理路径组B组，每组32例。A组按常规的抢救程序进行急救护理配合，B组则按预定好的临床急救护理路径进行急救护理配合。结果：B组的满意度高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；B组患者的留观时间及住院总费用显著低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：应用临床护理路径救治急性酒精中毒患者效果显著，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing pathway in emergency treatment of acute alcohol poisoning patients results.Method：64 cases of acute alcohol admitted to the emergency department were retrospectively analyzed, which according to the nursing program are divided into two groups, control group and nursing path group,32 cases each group.The control group was treated by routine rescue program for first aid nursing, nursing path group according to the clinical nursing path scheduled for first aid nursing.Result：The satisfaction of nursing path group is better than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;nursing path groups of stay and cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Application of clinical nursing pathway in treatment of acute alcohol poisoning patients proves with significant effect, which is worthy of promotion. |
