摘    要:儿童医院作为专门以儿童为服务对象的医疗机构,同样面临着提升核心竞争力的问题。因此,医院要加强和创新人才队伍管理工作,注重采用科学的人才引进使用和培养手段,引入行之有效的选拔和竞争激励机制,把人才培养作为一个系统工程,形成“准确选人、科学用人、人尽其才、才尽其用”的人才队伍管理模式。

Abstract:As a medical institution specifically to serve children, the children's hospital faces the issue enhancing the core competitiveness, Therefore, it is important for hospital to strengthen and innovate personnel management, focus on scientific method in introducing and cultivating talents, and emphasize the introduction of effective competition and incentive mechanism Thus, personnel training may be regarded as a systematic project, and the personnel management pattern of" accurately selecting, scientifically employing personnel, and making full use of personnel and talents" should be formed.
