摘    要:简述了风电类耐低温冲击球铁件的发展趋势。以生产QT350-22AL轴承座为例,介绍耐低温冲击球铁件的工艺要点,包括:(1)生产中必须选择高纯生铁,原材料中Si、Mn、S、P含量越少越好;(2)球化剂选用REMgSiFe合金,孕育剂必须具有较强的抗衰退能力,并进行2次孕育;(3)采取适当的措施降低铸件冷却速度,加强球化率在线检测;(4)通过热处理保证基体为全铁素体,以满足低温冲击韧性的要求。

Abstract:The development trend of low temperature impact resistant ductile iron castings used for wind power generator was briefly described. Taking the ductile iron bearing seat casting as example, the production process key points of low temperature impact resistant ductile iron castings were introduced including:(1)it’s necessary to use high purity pig iron, and the lower the contents of Si, Mn, S, P of raw materials, the better;(2)Adopt REMgSiFe alloy as nodularizing alloy, the inoculant must have strong anti-fading ability, and two time inoculation is necessary;(3)Adopt proper measures to reduce cooling rate of castings, reinforce on-line nodularity inspection;(4)Adopt heat treatment to ensure full ferrite matrix to meet low temperature impact toughness requirement.
