毛纺印染综合废水处理工程

摘    要:针对毛纺印染废水特点,采用了厌氧流化床-生物接触氧化法进行处理.运行结果表明,在进水COD平均为1 700mg·L~(-1)、BOD_5450mg·L~(-1)、色度300倍的条件下,上述指标去除率分别为95%、96%和93%,出水各项指标均达到纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(GB4287-1992)中的一级排放标准,系统运行费用基本保持在0.54~0.84元·m~(-3)之间.

Abstract:According to the wastewater quality, a process of anaerobic fluid blanket -contact oxidation was used to treat wool textile and dyeing wastewater. The results of the operation showed that the removal rate of COD, BOD_5 and color were 95%, 96% and 93%, respectively, when the COD, BOD_5, color of the inlet water were 1 700 mg·L~(-1), 450 rng·L~(-1) and 300. The effluent quality can come up to first-class criteria specified in the Effluent standards of pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB4287-1992). The operating cost was about 0.54~0.84 yuan·m~(-3).
