郑州市112例服用美沙酮药液维持治疗患者脱失原因分析

目的分析郑州市美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者脱失原因,为进一步提高服药维持率提供决策性依据。方法对2011年5～9月份到药物维持治疗中心办理重新入组手续脱失者进行调查,使用Foxpro9.0和SPSS10.0软件进行数据分析。结果共调查112例脱失者,男性占77.68%,女性占22.32%;文化程度偏低;主要年龄组多介于30～50岁之间;既往主要使用毒品多数为"吗啡";吸毒方式以单纯口吸或烫吸为主;多为无业或待业;调查时多数尿吗啡检测呈阳性。结论治疗期间脱失情况频现,且脱失后复吸率较高,影响美沙酮治疗效果。采取相应对策可有效减少脱失情况的发生,提高服药维持率。

Reason Analysis of the Dropout in the Process of 112 Cases on Methadone Maintenance Treatment in ZhengZhou City

Objective To find out the dropout reasons of Methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) in ZhengZhou city,and to provide evidence for making decisions to improve the compliance for MMT.Methods Patients who had been dropout from MMT and reentered into the MMT center to receive MMT in the period from May to September 2011 were investigated.Data analysis was conducted by using Foxpro9.0 and SPSS10.0.Results There were 112 cases included in the analysis.77.68 % of them were male,22.32 % were female,all of them were low educated,and most of them were between 30 to 50 years old.Morphine was the main drug they used in the past,and smoking only used mouth and snorting were the main model of abusing they preferred.Most were unemployed,and positive results of morphine test in urine were found in most of cases.Conclusion Dropout situation appeared frequently in the process of MMT,and high relapse rate were found after dropout,which had a negative impact on MMT.Proper actions should be taken to prevent the dropout and improve the maintenance rate of MMT.
