HER-2与Ki-67在直肠癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

目的：检测直肠癌组织中HER-2与Ki-67表达及临床意义。方法 ：采用免疫组化法检测78例直肠癌组织中HER-2蛋白与Ki-67蛋白表达情况。结果：78例直肠癌组织中HER-2蛋白阳性表达率为53.85%（42/78）其表达随组织学病理分级的增加、Dukes分期进展及浸润程度的加深,HER-2表达阳性率逐渐增高,但与患者年龄、性别、有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型无关（P〉0.05）。Ki-67阳性表达率为61.54%（48/78）,其表达与Dukes分期和有无淋巴结转移有关,但与患者年龄、性别、细胞分化程度、组织浸润深度及病理类型无关（P〉0.05）。HER-2和Ki-67的表达呈正相关（r=0.376,P〈0.01）。结论：HER-2与Ki-67的蛋白表达在一定程度上与直肠癌的肿瘤浸润、进展有关,而Ki-67高表达预示盆腔淋巴结转移,联合检测可用来判断直肠癌的恶性程度,两者均阳性表达提示直肠癌恶性程度较高,预后不良。

The Expression and Correlative Research of Relationship on HER-2, Ki - 67 in Rectal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the expression of HER-2 and Ki-67 and their correlations in rectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical SP stain methods was used to examine the expression of HER-2 and Ki-67 in tissues from 78patients with rectal cancer.Results The positive expression rate of HER-2 was 53.85%(42/78).The expression of HER-2 was positively associated with Dukes stage,histological grade,rectal wall invasion(P<0.01).The expression of HER-2 significantly increased with the progression of lesion.The positive expression rate of Ki-67was 61.54%(48/78).The expression of Ki-67was positively associated with Dukes stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Positive correlation was found between HER-2 and Ki-67expression(r=0.376,P<0.01).Conclusion HER-2 and Ki-67may play an important role in the infiltration and development of rectal cancer.Detection of HER-2 and Ki-67may be useful in the prognosis of rectal cancer.
