| 摘 要： | 目的 观察玉屏风散的生物转化液对免疫抑制小鼠血清IL-2含量的影响.方法 采用ELISA法检测玉屏风散的生物转化液对免疫抑制小鼠血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的含量.结果 与环磷酰胺组比较,实验组小鼠血清IL-2水平显著升高(P<0.01).结论 玉屏风散的生物转化液能够通过增强小鼠血清IL-2水平,显著提高机体的免疫功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the biotransformation liquid Yupingfeng powder on the content of serum IL-2 in immunosuppressed mice. Methods The content of serum IL-2 in immunosuppressed mice was detected with ELISA method. Results Compared with cyclophosphamide group,the content of serum IL-2 improved obviously in experimental group (P<0.01). Conclusions The biotransformation liquid Yupingfeng powder can enhance the immune function by improving the content of serum IL-2. |
