摘    要:研究0°单向、0°/90°交错和平纹织物三种不同铺层方式玄武岩纤维增强复合材料低速冲击加载力学性能。在实验中,通过手糊成型法并在硫化机上加热加压制备层压复合材料,且在Instron9250落锤冲击测试仪上完成层压复合材料低速冲击试验,得到载荷-挠度曲线和载荷-时间曲线,用于分析三种不同铺层方式玄武岩纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂层压复合材料低速冲击加载力学性能。通过观察层压复合材料破坏形态来分析其破坏方式。实验结果表明:0°/90°交错层压复合材料和平纹织物增强层压复合材料抗低速冲击性能优于0°单向层压复合材料;0°单向层压复合材料破坏方式为裂纹沿着纤维方向伸展,而0°/90°交错层压复合材料和平纹织物层压复合材料破坏只发生在冲击点附近局部区域。

Characterization of Basalt Unsaturated Polyester Laminates Low- velocity Impact Loading

Abstract:Three kinds of laminates,unidirectional (0°) ,cross ply (0°/90°) and woven laminates,were investigated in this study. The laminates were fabricated by layup and hot pressed under pressure. Low - velocity impact testing was clone by Instron~ 9250 drop weight impact testing machine. Force - deflection and force - time were used to explain the response of the laminates. Visual inspection was done to determine the damage mode. From the results, cross ply and woven lami- nates ,where more superior than unidirectional laminates in a low velocity impact loading. Failure of 0~ laminates was along the fiber direction while for cross ply and woven, the damage was localized, around the impacted point.
