内江市推行PITC后艾滋病防治主要措施落实评估

目的了解内江市推行PITC（Provider-initinated HIV testing and counseling）后艾滋病防治措施的落实,评价防治效果。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心制定的《全国艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量考评方案》,对内江市在PITC工作推行前后的2010-2012年艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量进行了评价。结果 PITC推行后,2011-2012年内江市艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量考评各项指标较2010年逐年提升,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论内江市PITC推行后艾滋病防治各项措施得到有效落实,防治工作质量提高。但需进一步加强医疗机构检测能力建设和高危人群干预工作。

Evaluation on HIV/AIDS prevention and control after implementing PITC in Neijiang city

Objective To evaluate the quality of the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS after implementing P1TC inNeijiang city. Methods The ＂National evaluation program on the implementation of HIV/AIDS＂ was applied to evaluatethe prevention and control of HIV/AIDS from 2010 to 2012, before and after implementing PITC. Results Aftercarrying out PITC, all the indexes of the main AIDS prevention and control measures in Neijiang were improved yearly from2010, and the differences were of statistical significance （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions After the implementation of PITC,the control and preventive measures were well carried out, the quality of control and prevention was promoted. However,the detection ability of the medical services should he enhanced, and the intervention for protecting the high risk populationshould be strengthened.
