| 摘 要： | 采用热水浸提、Sevag法去蛋白、乙醇沉淀，冷冻干燥，从阿魏菇（pleurotus ferulae Lenzi）子实体及菌丝球中提取阿魏菇粗多糖（PFP）， 苯酚－硫酸法测定多糖含量为PFP147．2％，PFP为41．4％，经过Sephadex200层析柱分离和薄层层析分析，可知阿魏菇多糖是由三种单糖组成的均一杂多糖。

| Abstract: | The polysaccharide of Ferule Mushroom from its fruiting body (PFPf) and mycelium (PFPm) by boiling in water and precipitation in ethyl alcohol were obtained. The contents of PFPf1 was 47.2% and PFPm1 was 41.4% in phenol vitriol method. It was found out that PFPf, composed of three different kinds of sugar, was a single component polysaccharide by using the method of column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. |
