咽舒宁颗粒提取精制工艺优选研究

摘    要:目的优选咽舒宁颗粒的提取和精制工艺。方法以表告依春和哈巴俄苷含量、干膏得率为指标,用正交试验法优选提取工艺;以表告依春和哈巴俄苷转移率、除杂率为指标,结合抑菌药效试验,比较陶瓷膜法和醇沉法的精制效果。结果最佳提取工艺为:加8倍药材重量的水,提取3次,每次1h;陶瓷膜法能较好保留咽舒宁复方的有效成分,两种精制液的抑菌效果没有明显差异。结论优选的提取工艺合理可行,200nm陶瓷膜法可作为咽舒宁颗粒水提液的精制工艺。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction and refining technology of Yanshuning granules.METHODS Using the contents of epigoitrin,harpagoside presented in the extract solution and the yield of the dried extracts as the criteria,orthogonal test method was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process.The refining effects were compared between the ceramic membrane and ethanol precipitation technology through detecting the transfer rates of epigoitrin,harpagoside and the impurity rate,combining the antibacterial effect experiment.RESULTS The optimal extraction process for Yanshuning granules was to add 8 times of water to the medicinal herbs,decoct 3 times and 1 hour each time.The effective ingredients could be retained more by ceramic membrane than by ethanol precipitation technology.There were no significant differences in antibacterial effect of the two refined fluids.CONCLUSION The extraction technology is reasonable and feasible.The 200nm ceramic membrane can be used as the refining technology.
