| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨维生素(Vit)B1、B12及叶酸(FA)与肝肾阴虚型脑梗塞证的相关性。方法:采用放免法和色谱法测定64例脑梗塞患者血清中VitB1、VitB12和FA值,并与正常组进行比较。结果:脑梗塞肝肾阴虚证患者中血清VitB12、 FA浓度明显低于正常组,而VitB1在两组间无显著性差异。结论:测定血清中VitB12、FA浓度对脑梗塞肝肾阴虚证的预防、诊断、治疗有一定的价值。
