火针点刺配合毫针围刺治疗带状疱疹142例疗效观察

目的：观察火针点刺配合毫针围刺治疗带状疱疹的疗效以及后遗神经痛发生率.方法：治疗组：使用火针点刺疱疹水泡部位,配合毫针围刺.观察组：单纯使用西药抗病毒药物治疗.均治疗2周后统计疗效,3个月后随访.结果：治疗组治愈好转率100%,后遗神经痛发生率1例,占0.7%.观察组治愈好转率94.5%,后遗神经痛发生率43例,占29.7%.结论：火针点刺配合毫针围刺治疗带状疱疹,能明显缩短带状疱疹疗程,治愈率高,并能有效减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生.

Fire needle prick with needles around the puncture wound 142 cases treated Shingles

Objective：Observed fire needle prick with needle puncture around the efficacy of treatment of Shingles,of ridueing postherpetie neural- gia t reatmemt and treatmemt. Methods：Treatment：Use fire needle Prick site herpes blisters,with needles puncture around. Observation：Simple to use antiviral medicine treatment. Statistics were treated for 2 weeks after treatment after 3 months follow--up. Results：The treatment group cured and improved rate of 100 %. The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in 1 case,0.7%. The observation group cured and improved rate of 94. 5%,The inci- dence of postherpetic neuralgia in 43 case, 29.7 %. Conclusion： Fire needle prick with needles around the puncture treated Shingles, can signifficantly shorten the treatment of Shingles, the cure rate is high, and can effectively reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.
