清咽散热汤治疗风热外侵型小儿急性扁桃体炎50例

目的:观察清咽散热汤治疗风热外侵型小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例风热外侵型急性扁桃体炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予清咽散热汤口服治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及治疗前后临床症状积分、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-C reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平。结果:两组患儿治疗后临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为96.00%,对照组有效率为84.00%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咽痛消失、扁桃体红肿消退、退热时间及服用布洛芬次数低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后WBC及hs-CRP水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清咽散热汤治疗风热外侵型小儿急性扁桃体炎,可有效缓解患儿症状,提高疗效,减少抗生素及退热药的应用。

Fifty Cases of Acute Tonsillitis in Children with Syndrome of External Wind-Heat Invasion Treated with Throat-Heat-Clearing Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Throat-Heat-Clearing Decoction on acute tonsillitis in children with syndrome of external wind-heat invasion.Methods:A total of 100 children with acute tonsillitis with syndrome of external wind-heat invasion were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Throat-Heat-Clearing Decoction for oral administration on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,score of clinical symptoms,white blood cell(WBC)and HS-C reactive protein(hs CRP)levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.00%in the treatment group and 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pharyngeal pain,tonsillar swelling,fever and the times of taking ibuprofen in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The WBC and hs CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating acute tonsillitis in children,Throat-Heat-Clearing Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children,improve the curative effect,and reduce the use of antibiotics and antipyretics.
