| 摘 要： | 目的 建立鹰不泊药材中橙皮苷的高效液相含量测定方法.方法 采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm.结果 橙皮苷在0.1015～1.6240μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1％,RSD=1.73％.结论 该法测定准确、可控,可用于鹰不泊药材质量的控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Radix Zanthoxyli Avicennae.Methods HPLC was performed on C18 column and mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-H2O(17:83).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the UV detective wavelength was 283 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1015～1.6240 μg for hesperidin(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.1 %,and RSD was 1.73 %.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for evaluating the quality of Radix Zanthoxyli Avicennae. |
