双碱法脱硫技术在烧结机上的应用

摘    要:山东球墨铸铁管有限公司在烧结机上采用双碱法脱硫技术,用NaOH作为脱硫剂,用Ca(OH)2作置换剂.主要消耗石灰,整个工艺由烟气除尘系统、烟气脱硫系统、脱硫渣处理系统3部分组成。该技术应用后,除尘及脱硫效果均达到国家排放标准,全年可减少SO2排放量1246.32t。

Abstract:Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. applied double alkali desulphurization technology in sintering machine. It used NaOH as desulfurizer and Ca (OH)2 as replacement and the main dissipative materiel was lime. The process included the dedusting system, desulphurization system and slag disposed system. After the technology was applied, the dust and S02 discharge concentration met the requirements of the national standard. The discharge quantity of SO2 was reduced by 1 246.32 tons in a year.
