腹腔镜和开腹结直肠癌手术对胃肠功能的影响

目的研究腹腔镜和开腹结直肠癌手术对胃肠功能的影响。方法收集2010年1月～2012年12月我院应用腹腔镜治疗的32例结直肠癌患者，设立为LA组，另选择同期行开腹结直肠癌手术32例患者，设立为OA组，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果LA组术中出血量、术后肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间少于OA组（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血少、术后住院时间短、并发症少等优点，尤其是能迅速恢复患者术后胃肠功能。

The impact on gastrointestinal function of laparoscopic and open surgery for colorectal cancer

Objective To compare gastrointestinal function of Laparoscopic and open surgery ＇for colorectal cancer; Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital, 32 patients with colorectal cancer by laparoscopic treatment, set up for the LA group, and the other patients selected the same period underwent open surgery for col- orectal cancer in 32 patients, set up for the OA group,the operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative gas- trointestinal function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results LA group intraoperative blood loss, postoperative the bowel sounds recovery time and anal exhaust time were significantly shorter than OA group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic eolorectal resection with trauma, surgery time is relatively short, less bleeding, shorter postoperative hospital stay, fewer complications, etc, especially rapid recovery the postoperative gastrointestinal function.
