电镀液中聚乙二醇含量的测定

摘    要:利用紫外分光光度计,确定了电镀液中聚乙二醇(PEG)含量的测定方法。研究结果表明,电镀液中Sn2+干扰测定值,采用氧化方法屏蔽Sn2+后,可以准确测定电镀液中PEG的含量。在企业应用效果良好,表明该方法测量结果准确,稳定性好,易于操作,便于推广应用。

Abstract:The content of polyethylene glycol (PEG) in electroplate solution is determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The result shows that Sn^2+ in electroplate solution interferes the data of mensuration, and after Sn^2 + is shielded by oxidation, the content of PEG in electroplate solution can be confirmed. The effect is good in the application of corporation. This method of determination is simple and stable in operation and high accuracy can be obtained. It is suitable for popularizing in use.
