钻井泵泵阀失效的动力学分析及泵阀变螺距弹簧设计

摘    要:从动力学角度阐明了钻井泵泵阀失效的原因。由于各种参数的相互影响,使阀盘产生纵向振谐窜动和径向失稳漂移,这不但延长了阀隙存在时间,还会使三体(阀盘、阀座、磨粒)产生不均匀磨粒磨损(偏磨),最终导致泵阀早期失效。鉴于此,笔者试图设计泵阀的变螺距弹簧,以消除阀盘的纵向振谐窜动和径向失稳漂移,提高泵阀工作寿命。还叙述了变螺距弹簧的设计原则和程序,并进行了设计计算。

Abstract:Due to the mutual influence of various parameters,axial resonant shifting and radial destabilizing drifting of die valve disks take place in slush pumps,resulting in the offset wearing of valve disk, valve seat and valve stem,and subsequently the premature failure of the valve assembly. In view of this,a variable pitch valve spring is designed to eliminate the axial shifting and radial drifting of the valve disk and improve the service life of the valve. The design criteria and procedure of the variable pitch valve spring are described and calculation is conducted.
