摘    要:研究了6溶剂油13X型分子筛吸附法脱芳香烃的动态特性.应用直线平衡体系的透过曲线模型模拟实验数据.模拟结果与实验一致性较好.并由此计算出不同工艺条件下的动态参数及其变化规律.认为实验条件下的吸附过程属于外扩散控制.所得结果有助于此工艺工业装置的设计和操作.

Abstract:The kinetic parameters in the purification of 6# solvent naphtha from aromatics have been studied by using selective adsorption on 13 X zeolite. The model for calculating breakthrough curve of linear equilibrium system can be used to simulate the experimental data. The simulating results are in fine identity with the experimental data. On the basis of those, the kinetic parameters and their rules of variation were obtained. The adsorption process in the experimental conditions can be considered as external diffusion control. All the results are valuable for the design and operation of the commercial device.
