摘    要:本文比较了新疆石河子及其附近地区不同碘状态及不同防治水平下277名6~16岁儿童少年的体格发育和骨龄,发现环境缺碘而未充分补碘病区的儿童少年身高、体重匀称度及发育等级均落后于非缺碘地区,骨龄和身高还落后于缺碘但补碘较好的地区,骨龄比非缺碘地区落后0.768岁,比补碘充足的地区低0.238岁,其中以骨龄的差异最显著。观察了推广碘盐后身高、骨龄的变化,说明补碘能促进几童骨骼发育,而且补碘越早,作用越显著。

Abstract:A comparison of somatic development and skeletal age was made among 277 children and adolescents aged 6-16 years from areas of different IDD conditions and preventive levels in Shihezi City and the surrounding areas. It was found that body heignt and weight, the degree of banlance of somatic development of children and adolescents in IDD areas lagged behind those in normal areas and, the skeletal age and body weight lagged behind those in iodine supplemented IDD areas. The skeletal age was 0.768 year less than in normal areas and 0.238 year less than in well iodine supplemented areas.Results showed that skeleton development of children can be improved by iodine supplement and,the earlier iodine was supplied the more remarkable effect it ap-,peared.
