膨化机螺杆磨损失效机理分析及制造材料研究

本文通过对膨化机螺杆失效形式的分析认为，其失效主要是由于疲劳磨损造成。提出用奥氏体一贝氏体球墨铸铁制造螺杆，可以有效地提高螺杆的使用寿命、大幅度地降低成本。

AN ANALYSIS FOR THE MECHARISM OF THE EFFECT LOSS OF THE SCREW OF THE FOOD EXPANDER AND THE STUDY OF THE SCREW MATERIAL

n the auticle, the arthor analyzes the expander screw for its forms of the effect loss and holds that it is mainly fatigue wear that results in effect loss of the screw. On the previous basis, the author advances that making screw with Austenite-Bainite ductile iron can prolong the using time of the screw and reduce the cost of the screw considerably.
