| 摘 要： | 目的 建立保和丸质量控制方法.方法 薄层色谱鉴别山楂,半夏,连翘,HPLC测定连翘苷含量.结果 薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰.连翘苷在0.01～0.1mg/mL范围线性关系良好,平均加样回收率99％,RSD为1.01％.结论 方法简便,重复性好,可用于制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control method of Baohe Pills. Methods Thin layer of chromatography（TLC）distinguished haw- thom,pinellia,forsythia,the content of phillyrin was determined by HPLC. Results the TLC spots developed were fairly dear,negative with no disturbance,Phillyrin in 0. 01-0. 1mg/mL range of linear relationship was good,the average recovery was 99% ,RSD 1.01% Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
