摘    要:目的:比较两种不同组织修复材料分别用于阻生齿拔除后的愈合效果。方法:将90颗下颌近中水平阻生智齿随机分为研究A组、研究B组与对照组,研究A组术后牙槽窝放置PRF,研究B组术后牙槽窝放置Bio-Oss骨粉,对照组术后牙槽窝空置处理。比较三组术后并发症的发生情况及术后1、3、6个月第二磨牙远中牙槽骨的骨密度,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究A组术后发生并发症的程度明显低于对照组和研究B组(P<0.05),研究B组和对照组术后发生并发症的程度无明显差别(P>0.05)。研究A组、研究B组术后第1、3个月的牙槽骨新生骨骨密度与同期对照组相比均明显增高(P<0.05);术后第6个月研究B组在三组中的骨密度最高(P<0.05),而研究A组和对照组的骨密度则变得无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:PRF可以减轻阻生齿拔除术后的并发症,加快牙槽窝新骨形成的过程,但不能形成新的骨组织。而Bio-Oss骨粉不能减轻阻生齿拔除术后的并发症,但可促进下颌第二磨牙远中新骨形成。
