摘    要:根据7.1m采高7LS8型采煤机升级改造的要求,通过建模,计算出调高油缸的工作压力,并分析计算了7LS8型采煤机升级改造后调高油缸增加的负载,确定了新调高油缸的具体尺寸,对闭锁装置进行了选型。同时,为保证7LS8型采煤机升级改造后新调高油缸运行的可靠性,对与该调高油缸相关的配套件进行了改进设计。生产实践表明,该调高油缸的设计改造可满足现场需求,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:According to the request of upgrading and retrofitting the mining shearer 7LS8 for the 7.1 m mining height, a model has been established to calculate the working pressure of the heightening cylinder. The load of the increased cylinder after the upgrading of the shearer 7LS8 has been analyzed and calculated, and the specific size of the new heightening cylinder has been determined, and the locking device has been selected. In order to ensure the reliability of the new heightening cylinder of shearer 7LS8 after upgrading, the relevant parts and components of the retrofitted cylinder have been improved and designed. The production practice shows that the design and modification of the elevation cylinder have met the needs of the field and achieved good results.
