鄂尔多斯侏罗纪煤田巨厚顶板砂岩含水层区域治理技术研究

摘    要:文章以母杜柴登煤矿302盘区侏罗纪3-1煤层开采为背景,在充分分析矿井地质及水文地质条件的基础上,结合长距离定向钻孔技术在我国煤矿瓦斯治理、矿井水防治等方面的应用情况,提出了以工作面外巷钻孔导流、邻面钻孔截流、双侧采空区截流和长距离定向钻孔追踪探放水为核心的巨厚顶板砂岩含水层区域治理技术。应用结果表明:该技术经济、可行,在工作面巷道掘进期间,对巷道掘进施工影响较小|可实现采煤工作面顶板水“分区防控、煤水分离、清浊分流、区域治理”|较好地解决了富水顶板砂岩含水层的水害隐患,在顶板放水孔单孔涌水量超过200m3/h、工作面涌水量超过600m3/h的条件下,实现了厚煤层一次采全高工作面的安全生产和平均超过12000t/d的回采效率。

Study on technology of regional control for roof thick sandstone aquifer of Jurassic coal seam in Ordos Coalfield
Abstract:Mining deep Jurassic coal seams in the Ordos Coalfield are seriously threatened by overlying sandstone fissure confined aquifers of Yanan Formation and Zhiluo Formation. During roadway excavation and working face mining of Jurassic coal seams in many mines, the water inrush accidents happened, these seriously influenced the safe production of mines. Took the Jurassic 3-1 coal seam mining in the 302 area of the Muduchaideng Coal Mine as research background, and based on the full analysis of the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the mine, combined with the application situation of the long-distance directional drilling technology for gas control and water prevention and control in coal mines in China, we put forward the technology of regional control for roof thick sandstone aquifer, whose cores are using boreholes in outer roadways of working face for diversion, using boreholes in adjacent working face for closure, using double side goafs for closure and using long distance directional drilling to trace and release water. The application results show: the technology is economical and feasible, during the roadway excavation of the working face, it has less impact on the roadway excavation construction; it can realize the “regionalization prevention and control, separating coal and water separation, diverting clean water and turbid water, regional treatment” for the roof water of the coal mining face; the water hazard of the water-rich roof sandstone aquifer is well solved, under the condition of the water inflow from single roof water discharge hole more than 200 m3/h and the water inflow of the working face more than 600 m3/h, the safe production and an average recovery efficiency of over 12 000 t/d were realized in the full mining thick coal seam. The technology of regional control for roof thick sandstone aquifer explored a feasible treatment method of regional control for thick roof sandstone aquifer in Jurassic coal seam in Ordos Coalfield, it can provide a guarantee for mine safety, high efficiency and green mining.
