煤矿用防爆车辆气启动马达故障分析及改进设计

摘    要:针对气启动马达在使用中经常出现故障的问题,介绍了煤矿井下用防爆车辆气启动马达的结构,简述了其工作原理,并进行了故障原因分析,提出了改进设计方法,规范了启动时的操作步骤。同时在气路中增加了气启动马达保护阀,从根本上避免了气启动马达因人为因素造成的非正常损坏,提高了煤矿井下用防爆车辆启动的可靠性。

Abstract:There are frequent failures in the use of pneumatic starting motors, the structure of the pneumatic start motor of explosion-proof vehicle used in coal mine has been introduced, its working principle has been described, its causes has been analyzed, an improved design method has been put forward, and the operation steps when starting has been standardized. At the same time, the protective valve of the pneumatic starting motor has been added in the pneumatic path, which can fundamentally avoid the abnormal damage of the pneumatic starting motor caused by human factors, and improve the reliability of the start-up of explosion-proof vehicles used in coal mines.
