| 摘 要： | 营造良好的高校体育文化氛围，使人文精神充分渗透进高校的体育教学中，是高等院校体育教学的发展方向。本文从高等院校人文体育教学的现状着手，提出高等院校体育教学中融入人文精神的有效途径，以期对高校的体育教学有所裨益。
