| 摘 要： | 目的分析安庆市艾滋病实验室2005～2008年HIV抗体初筛结果,为安庆市艾滋病防治提供依据。方法按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求,对待检血清进行HIV抗体ELISA筛查、复检,Western Blot（WB）试验确认。结果2005～2008年共检测HIV抗体样本20 605份,其中初筛阳性105份,确认阳性43份。检测11个人群,9个人群检出阳性,其中以临床可疑构成比最高,其次是在押人员、自愿咨询检测、阳性配偶及子女和同性恋者。感染者多为20～40岁的青壮年,多数为外出农民工。结论艾滋病实验室对各种人群的筛查确定感染依赖于WB确认试验,建议进一步加大筛查力度尤其是加强对农村外出打工流动人口的检测和管理,以提高对感染者的发现率。
