硅橡胶弹性体的制备及其力学性能的研究

摘    要:以α,ω-羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)作为基胶制备了硅橡胶弹性体,并研究了不同黏度配比的混合基胶、固化剂和填料的用量及后硫化时间对弹性体的力学性能的影响。实验表明,当用75份黏度为5000mPa·S和25份黏度为20000mPa·s的107胶混合作为基胶,加入25份正硅酸乙酯,5份纳米SiO2,再加入适量的催化剂,后硫化5h可以制得力学性能优越的硅橡胶弹性体,其拉伸强度为0.66MPa,断裂伸长率为327.45%。

Abstract:Silicone rubber elastomer was prepared with 107 - glue as the base gum. The effects of various viscosity ratios of the base gum, amount of curing agent and filler, and postcure time on the mechanical properties of the elastomer were studied. It was found that the silicone rubber elastomer with good mechanical properties was prepared when the 107 - glue with the viscosity of 5000mPa · s and 20000mPa · s was 75phr ( percent hundred rubber) and 25 phr respectively, the amount of TEOS was 25 phr, the amount of nano - SiO2 was 5 phr, the amount of catalyst was proper and the postcure time was 5h. The tensile strength and elongation at break of silicone rubber elastomer were 0.66MPa and 327.45% respectively.
