摘    要:分别制备了含有REHY、HZSM-5和Hβ分子筛的模型催化剂,用固定床微反装置研究模型催化剂的活性保留率,用ACE装置研究模型催化剂的重油裂化性能。结果表明:①含有REHY分子筛的模型催化剂的活性保留率最高,100%水蒸气减活处理17 h后的活性保留率为47%,而含有HZSM-5分子筛的模型催化剂的活性保留率仅为25%;②含有REHY分子筛的模型催化剂的重油和焦炭产率分别为15.90%和5.05%,具有重油转化能力强,焦炭产率低等特点;HZSM-5分子筛的重油转化能力和汽油产率最低(34.52%,23.86%),但有较高的丙烯产率和丙烯选择性。

Abstract:Model catalysts,containing REHY,HZSM-5 and Hβ zeolite,were prepared,respectively.Fixed bed micro activity test and ACE unit were employed to measure the activity retention and catalytic cracking performance of model catalysts,respectively.It has been found that the activity retention of model catalyst containing REHY zeolite is much higher,reaching 47% when process at 100% steam for 17 h,while for the catalyst containing HAZM-5,this value is only 25%.ACE evaluation results reveal that the bottom oil yield and coke yield for the catalyst containing REHY is 15.90% and 5.05%,respectively.In contrast to other two catalysts,the catalyst containing REHY has the traits of good bottom conversion performance and low coke yield.Although,of the three catalysts,its performance for cracking heavy oil is weak(34.52%,23.86%),the catalyst containing HZSM-5 zeolite has higher propylene yield and propylene selectivity.
