| 摘 要： | 根据多囊卵巢综合征的临床症状表现,本文将从"不孕""肥胖""癥瘕"等古代疾病名称入手,并结合现代医者对多囊卵巢综合征病因病机的认识,探讨多囊卵巢综合征的病因病机.总结其主要病因病机在于先天禀赋不足,饮食失节,情志不畅导致肝、脾、肾亏损形成痰、湿、瘀结于胞宫.

| Abstract: | According to the clinical symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome,this article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome from the ancient disease names such as"infertility","obesity"and"Zheng Jia",and combine with modern doctors’understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome.The main etiology and pathogenesis are congenital lack of endowment,improper diet,poor mood,resulting in liver,spleen and kidney loss,resulting in phlegm,dampness and blood stasis in the uterus. |
